Ruby Red/Crimson in color, deep and dark it has a remarkably intense nose of black pepper, raspberries, cassis, tobacco and earth mixing in an ever-changing dance. The palate is generous, initially draping the mouth with an intense mix of berries, cocoa powder. and earth. It then builds adding warm spices and coffee beans. An incredible intense Syrah from beginning to end.  On the nose, the wine starts with intense aromas of black fruits mingling with whiffs of tobacco, flowers, wood, and herbs. The first taste fills your mouth from side to side with blackberry, cassis and of course the signature blueberry flavors of Syrah. A moment or two later, new notes reminiscent of Liquorice, dark chocolate, herbs, and pencil lead emerge to mingle with the fruit. A classic Petit Verdot -- dense in all respects. Dense color, dense aromas of black fruits, and dense flavor. Red Mountain Cabernet Franc is simply wonderful. All of the words you use to describe a great red wine apply here. It is deep in color. It has an incredibly complex nose showing blackberries, cherries, plums, tobacco, sage, high desert, and a multitude of other notes in an ever-changing progression. The palate is an explosion of intense and deep flavors of red fruits with cocoa, liquorice and earth. As it progresses the fruits become macerated with nutmeg, coriander, mocha, and cherry liquor. The tannins build in intensity for a wonderful finish. 117 Cases Produced.

A deep purple wine, the aromas of fruit leap out of the glass followed by undertones of caramel and toast. The palate is filled with a mélange of berries and red fruits.
